This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

We use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

AUDIKA.media is operated by 9368-0486 Quebec Inc., based in Montréal, Quebec, Canada. This site is a simple brochure website. It has no accounts, no shopping cart, no contact form and no advertising, so there is very little to collect and this policy is short by design.

What We Collect

We do not ask you for any personal information on this website. There are no forms, logins or sign-ups. We do not sell, rent or trade information about visitors.

Two things happen automatically that are worth naming:

• Server logs. Our web host records standard technical information for every visit, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and date and time. This is used to keep the site running and secure, and is not used to build a profile of you.
• Fonts. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those files directly from Google, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. We do not receive anything from Google in return, and no fonts are used to track you across sites.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies. We do not use tracking pixels, advertising tags, session cookies or analytics software, so there is nothing here to accept, refuse or manage, and you will not see a cookie banner.

If we add analytics or any other cookie-based tool in future, we will update this page before doing so.

If You Email Us

The email address on this site is a normal mailto link. If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to put in the message, and we keep that correspondence so we can reply and continue the conversation. We use it for that purpose only.

Links To Other Sites

This site links out to client projects, our own network of brands, and our client portal. Once you follow one of those links you are on a different website with its own privacy practices, which we do not control. We would encourage you to read the policy of any site you visit.

Client Portal

Our client portal is a separate service on its own domain and is not covered by this policy. If you hold a portal account, the terms and privacy notice provided there apply to it.

Your Rights

Under Quebec and Canadian privacy law you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and to ask us to delete it. Because this site collects almost nothing, in most cases the only records we would hold are server logs and any email you have sent us. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If our practices change, we will revise this page and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means the revised policy applies.
